Focus Group Experience

Verizon Wireless Focus Group Sessions
  • Analyzing User Experiences and Expectations Surrounding Software Updates

 I designed, moderated and reported on a series of focus groups supporting VerizonWireless's efforts to create an optional software update experience for their mobile phone market.   The goal was to discover barriers to users accepting and installing software during the first round of the software push.  Results and recommendations from the focus groups were delivered to working teams who make changes to create greater Software Update  awareness, acceptance and downloads during the initial Software Update push.
