DRG/Clarivate 2020-2021
Sr UX Researcher
Worked with Decision Resources Group as they merged their UX and UX Research programs with Clarivate's team. 
  • Established a research repository, participant recruiting database and knowledge management research tool using Airtable
  • Led UX Research programs for product improvements and platform integration.
The Ventilator Project, May 2020 – Nov 2020                                                                                                                              Volunteer: Lead User Researcher 
  • Led primary and secondary research efforts on COVID related patient care and ventilator use with clinicians
  • Defined and reported on cognitive walkthroughs with pulmonologists, ICU nurses and Respiratory Therapists working in stressful environments with vulnerable patients
  • Advised PM & Engineering teams on ventilator tablet interface and ventilator functionality for FDA EUA submission requirements and go to market improvements
  • Worked and flexed in a fast paced, start-up environment where in an ambiguously defined product space
Pearson 2019 - 2020
Advocating for student needs in online learning platforms and applications.​  This includes doing foundational and   evaluative research for online processes and and offline processes.
  • Designing, moderating and reporting on live, remote  and in person online usability studies focusing on student learning
  • Developing and advocating for inclusive user research process to involve product managers, designers and developers
  • Conduct formative research on student note-taking behaviors to inform PM teams building online courseware
Foundation Medicine, Inc.  2017 - 2018
Worked in the  Design Research team to ensure FMI's  products & services understand, support and anticipate the needs of oncologists and their patients.​  This included doing formative and summative research for online processes and non-digital products and services.
  • Collaborated with Agile scrum teams to incorporate Design Research into the sprint model and engage developers in the research process
  • Built and implemented a participant research panel with key user groups using SaaS software Airtable
  • Created, conducted and reported on evaluative research sessions for molecular diagnostic digital and paper products and services for oncologists and their staff
  • Established a knowledge management process and wiki space for the design and research team to leverage, cross reference and re-use previous research to inform future research needs
