MC Communication Home Page Redesign Wireframes
The ChallengeAn online medical education website company was changing its position in the marketplace to become a multichannel service to physicians who needed to earn continuing education credits. The website had previously focused only on the online portion of the business and the company wanted the new homepage and underlying site to reflect the new focus in an interim redesign while it retrenched for a larger initiative.

The ProcessA brainstorming design session was held with key stakeholders from the Marketing, Web and Publication Departments. Executives were able to voice their opinions and concerns; informal designs were initiated by the group as talking points. Wireframes went through iterations with continued communication with all stakeholder groups.

The ResultThe homepage redesign satisfied all parties and reflected the new business initiative of the company. The redesign of the rest of the site shortened the registration process and increased the users ability to receive customized information in a variety of formats according to their continuing education needs.
